Poster Guidelines

Guidelines for Poster Preparation

  • The dimensions of the poster board are 70 cm wide and 100 cm high.
  • The poster code is mounted by the organizers on top of the board.
  • Writing or painting on the poster board is not allowed.
  • Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors' names and affiliations as stated in the submitted abstract.
  • The text and illustrations should be large enough to read from a distance of two meters.
  • Posters should be mounted on 25th of September for the first group and on 26th of September for the second group.
  • There will be a poster session for each of the topics. The sessions will be chaired. At least one author should be present at the poster during the poster session. Each presenter is required to give 2–3 min. presentation of their study. Presenting authors are asked to be available at their poster 3 minutes before the start of this poster session.
  • Tacks and technical equipment for the hanging of posters will be available, as well as assistance to help you mount your poster in the poster presentation area.
  • The organizing committee will not responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
  • All poster presentation also must be prepared according to full paper guideline and submit to the congress secretary to publish in the Proceeding Book.
